• Define regional conditions, pathophysiology, and demographics
• Recognize specific condition history, physical exam findings, special tests, diagnostic options to create an accurate differential diagnosis
• Choose appropriate multidisciplinary treatment options and outcome measures from a progression of least to most invasive
• Discuss follow-up, rehab protocols, patient monitoring, prevention, education, potential medicolegal concerns, and expected prognosis
